Our Batching System for TPT Content Creation

Here’s how we batch different parts of our workflow:

• Start with a plan – We outline what content or products we want to batch each week or month.
• Stick to one task – We batch product previews, thumbnails, blog posts, etc., one at a time.
• Work when we’re “on” – For video days, we film multiple episodes when we’re camera-ready.
• Stay flexible – Not everything gets batched every time—and that’s okay!
